Securing the end fitting points: At the end of every winch strap, there are hooks or chain anchors. In the third step, these hooks and chain anchors need to be fitted properly to secure the cargo tightly. There should be a firm connection, or else things can go wrong. Put the loose strap into the winch part: After securing the endpoints, the next thing is putting the loose part of the straps into the winch. There is a winch at one end and a loose part on the other. Both are fixed well to ensure good securing of the goods.

Tight the strap: Tight the straps in a perfect way. Loose straps and over-tight straps are not good for the cargo. Apply a normal amount of force to tighten the strap, and for this, one can use a winch bar as well. 

Secure the ends that are loose: Once everything is done related to securing the cargo with winch straps, then secure the ends that are loose. Make sure everything is secured tightly to avoid any kind of damage during transportation. 

Keep the straps in good condition. It is the moral duty of the concerned person who uses these straps. Twisting the straps is wrong. A dry and cool place will be perfect for storing these straps. In fact, the last important thing is that one should check these straps from time to time to ensure that they are in good condition. If there is any fault, even a small one, then these should be replaced immediately.
